Job summary

Sentrycs is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for Poland, with up to 50% travel. You will partner with sales, run technical demonstrations, and lead tender responses, supporting deployments for homeland security and critical infrastructure clients.

The role demands strong Polish and English communication, hands-on hardware deployment in the field, and the ability to drive technical solutions across sales, R&D, and partners in a fast-moving global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and field demos.
• Experience leading technical responses to public tenders.
• Native Polish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales executives and Polish resellers/integrators to drive technical sales.
• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, tender responses, closing specifications.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers (e.g., military, security, critical infrastructure).
• Deliver technical presentations, live demos, and POCs; deploy and troubleshoot hardware in the field.
• Lead the technical side of Polish public tenders, including specifications and compliance documents.
• Provide field feedback to product and R&D; stay current on products and market.
• Maintain accurate field/opportunity data in the CRM.
