Job summary

Intelligent IT Distribution in Poland is seeking a Presales Engineer - IT Security with 2-3 years of commercial experience to support our growing cybersecurity solutions portfolio.

You will identify technical solutions, deliver presentations, run POCs and demonstrations, and provide pre-sales support to partners and customers, while staying current with cloud security trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of commercial presales engineering or solutions experience.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP in a customer-facing role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Join a fast-growing international company specializing in the distribution of cybersecurity solutions under the Value Added Distributor (VAD) model.We are currently looking for a Presales Engineer - IT Security to support our team in delivering best-in-class technologies and technical expertise to our partners and customers.

As a Presales Engineer, you will play a key role between our sales team and customers. You will be responsible for identifying the right technical solutions, delivering technical presentations, and conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations.

This position is critical to our organization because it combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, helping to build customer trust, improve sales effectiveness, and directly contribute to the success of our projects and the company’s growth.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience as a Presales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Solutions/System Architect.
• At least 2-3 years of commercial experience working with one of the leading public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience presenting cloud solutions covering networking and security, compute, storage, databases, monitoring, and observability.
• Basic understanding of distributed systems architecture and design principles.
• Ability to present cloud solutions to business customers and provide technical support during sales engagements.
• Good understanding of Cloud Security concepts, including IAM, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), encryption, certificates, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to read technical documentation and conduct technical discussions.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• Deploy, configure, and manage cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on Cloud Security technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support to partners during testing, evaluation, and deployment phases.
• Prepare technical documentation and project specifications for tenders and customer projects.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.
• Recommend new products and technologies to strengthen the company’s portfolio.
• Maintain regular communication with partners and end customers, participating in technical meetings and consultations.
