Job summary

Daqo Electric Europe is seeking a senior market development leader to establish and grow our presence in Poland's energy sector. You will own market entry, build strategic relationships with utilities, DSOs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers, and drive revenue through hands-on business development and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, grid infrastructure, renewable energy, energy storage, or related industrial B2B sales/business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry and business expansion across Poland; own commercial performance and BD.
• Identify, approach, and develop strategic relationships with utilities, DSOs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
• Drive hands-on business development from lead generation to contract closure; negotiate complex commercial agreements.
