Job summary

Entrix is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Poland in Warsaw, combining strategic sales leadership with hands-on deal making. You will own the full client journey from initial conversations to signed contracts with large developers, utilities, and infrastructure funds, while coordinating tender responses and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Fluent Polish and English (C1+) are required, with travel across Europe and a headquarters alignment in Munich.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales or related high-value contracts.
• Proven track record of end-to-end sales from lead to signature.
• Experience negotiating with senior stakeholders on legal/commercial terms.
• Comfort with complex commercial contract structures and redlines.

Responsibilities

• Own full client funnel from first conversation to signed contract with large developers, utilities and funds.
• Lead tender participation end-to-end and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate with department heads and senior decision-makers on commercial, technical, and legal terms.
• Develop new business opportunities in the Polish BESS market and drive scalable sales processes.
• Understand client needs and shape Entrix proposition accordingly.
• Act as senior client’s internal manager to secure buy-in for complex decisions.
• Maintain full pipeline transparency in HubSpot across accounts.
• Drive a high-quality handover from Sales to Operations for signed contracts.
