Job summary

DoGo Power in Poland seeks a market development and solutions sales professional to drive regional energy-storage solutions, including PV-storage integration, microgrids and grid-scale projects.

You will engage overseas customers, tailor energy-storage solutions from design to cost estimation and negotiations, and build strong relationships with energy enterprises, grid companies, and government authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Power System and Its Automation, Electrical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in solution sales or technical support within energy storage, PV/wind power, or power equipment industries.
• Familiar with energy-storage policies, technical principles, application scenarios, and industrial-chain landscape; able to design independent customized energy-storage solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and stress tolerance; able to travel overseas and expand regional markets.
• Competent in professional English communication with customers and English document translation.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional market strategies and drive market development for energy-storage solutions (PV-storage integration, microgrids, grid-scale storage).
• Deep-dive into overseas customer requirements; deliver customized energy-storage solutions from design to cost estimation and full negotiations.
• Build and maintain core regional relationships with new-energy enterprises, grid operators, industrial & commercial property owners, park operators, and relevant government authorities.
• Communicate the value of energy-storage/microgrid solutions to customers and expand market influence in the sector.
