Job summary

Brickendon Consulting in Kraków, Poland seeks a highly organized Client Account Manager to support internal account operations and consultant management within the Polish business. You will coordinate assignments, onboarding and offboarding and ensure accurate records across internal systems.

You will liaise with Business Development, Recruitment, HR and Finance to streamline processes, maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients, and provide reliable administrative support across

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' relevant experience in account coordination or operations support.
• Experience with Polish B2B contract documentation.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key internal contact for consultants throughout assignments, providing ongoing operational and administrative support.
• Coordinate changes to assignment details, start dates, working arrangements and contractual documentation with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate consultant, client and assignment information across internal systems and databases.
• Coordinate client onboarding requirements, including background checks, compliance documentation and training as applicable.
• Liaise with HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure final actions are completed on time.
• Provide general administrative support to the Polish business.
