Job summary

Addepar, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to be the first member of the People team in Poland and to establish our local presence.

You will build scalable HR processes and nurture a compliant, inclusive culture across the Poland office and support the EMEA region. Working closely with our UK team, you’ll ensure an exceptional employee experience from day one, own the local onboarding and offboarding, manage HR data in Workday, and adapt global policies to Polish law while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, global tech company.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Polish laws, guidelines, and compliance regulations relative to employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local labour law subject matter expert and ensure statutory compliance.
• First point of contact for HR & Workplace Ops inquiries from Poland employees.
• Collaborate with Workplace Operations to maintain in-office employee experience and safety.
• Help run benefits and perks programmes and advise on renewal planning.
• Own end-to-end local onboarding and manage smooth offboarding processes.
• Partner with UK-based People Business Partners on employee relations matters.
• Provide administration for HR systems (e.g. Workday).
• Maintain clean, accurate employee data in HRIS and audit-ready files.
• Adapt global company culture to local nuances and foster a collaborative workplace.
• Advise on local immigration requirements and resolve complex issues.
