Strategic Staffing Solutions in Poland is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support institutional clients across global financial markets, ensuring efficient onboarding and strong client experience.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Sales, Due Diligence, and Risk to manage onboarding, account openings, and regulatory requirements for cash and derivative products. Onsite in Warsaw with a six-month contract and potential extension.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, or related financial services role.
• Strong understanding of client due diligence and onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for institutional clients.
• Act as central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
• Support onboarding across multiple product types, including cash and derivative products.
• Develop expertise in AML, KYC, regulatory, and legal entity requirements.
• Monitor onboarding timelines, fund launches, trading deadlines, and client deliverables.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk controls.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide proactive updates throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join a high-performing team supporting institutional clients across global financial markets. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding of new clients while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Sales, Due Diligence, and Risk functions to manage onboarding activities, account openings, and regulatory requirements for a diverse range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive end-to-end onboarding processes for institutional clients.
