Job summary

Johnson Controls Poland & Baltics is seeking a Sales Consultant to strengthen local sales execution across Poland and the Baltics. You will support inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate sales documents while maintaining key customer relationships.

You will work closely with the Poland BDM and regional sales team to identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience supporting B2B customers, quotations, and coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Prepare, track, and update quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and act as a contact for sales matters.
• Collaborate with the Poland BDM and regional sales team to identify and progress opportunities.
• Engage with partners to support local market activity and commercial coverage.
• Provide supervision and training to inside sales associates when needed.
• Contribute to opportunity conversion by following up and coordinating internal input.
