Job summary

Johnson Controls in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Hybrid Sales Representative to grow our Service and New Installation business. You will manage customer relationships, support technical solutions, and collaborate with local and international stakeholders.

You will learn our Service offerings, identify opportunities, prepare quotations, and build a robust sales pipeline across Poland, including travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Technical understanding of products or solutions.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in English for collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors and partners in Poland.
• Identify new sales opportunities within Service and New Installation.
• Support preparation of quotations and commercial proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Build knowledge of the Polish market and stakeholders.
• Create and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
