Job summary

Johnson Controls in Poland & Baltics is seeking a Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant to strengthen local sales execution by improving responsiveness, partner engagement, and quotation support.

You will work with the Poland BDM and sales team to identify opportunities, coordinate with partners, and provide first-level supervision to inside sales associates, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years in inside sales, sales support, estimation, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience supporting B2B customers, quotations, opportunity follow-up, or sales coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Prepare, track, and update quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and act as a regular contact for sales matters.
• Work with the Poland BDM and sales team to identify and progress opportunities.
• Engage with partners to support local market activity and commercial coverage.
• Provide supervision to inside sales associates, including training and support.
• Contribute to opportunity conversion by follow-up and coordinating input.
