Job summary

JCI is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to support the growth of our Service and New Installation business in Poland. The role is based in Warsaw or the surrounding area and involves managing customer relationships, technical sales, and collaboration with local and international stakeholders.

You will learn our Service offerings, develop opportunities, prepare quotations, and grow the New Installation business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or business development roles.
• Technical understanding or education.
• Strong communication skills and customer relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners in Poland.
• Identify new sales opportunities in Service and New Installation.
• Support quotations and commercial proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Service, New Installation and Global Account teams.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and progress.
