JBC Soldering, S.L. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Poland. The role focuses on developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and managing key accounts and partners across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales in technical environments, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technical or industrial sectors.
• Willingness to travel ≥80%.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
