KMD Group in Warsaw is seeking a reliable part-time candidate to support our People Operations team with administrative tasks and documentation management. You will maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across the company platform.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and related tools.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the People Operations team.
• Scan, process, and organize employee documentation.
• Register and maintain records in the dedicated system.
• Manage and update employee data on the company's platform.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Support the coordination of administrative processes and activities.
