Concentrix CVG International Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin is seeking an HR Documentation Specialist on a part-time basis to manage personnel documentation, prepare data and reports, and update HR/payroll systems.

You will be the first point of contact for employment-related queries, handle onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure accurate data across Workday, Enova or Płatnik. A strong English (B2) and Polish (C1) proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) and Polish (C1) are required.
• HR/People Solutions experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Polish labour law is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees and handling personnel documentation.
• Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters and changes during employment.
• Collaborate with Payroll Team to ensure smooth payroll process.
• Update HR/People Solutions databases (Workday, Enova, Płatnik) with data changes.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Support other People Solutions projects as needed.
