Job summary

Girteka Group is seeking a Mid-Level HR Business Partner to support the HR function and ensure alignment with our strategic goals across multiple locations. You will manage key HR processes, foster engagement, and address complex people issues in a dynamic logistics setting.

Collaborating with leadership, you will use HR analytics to improve talent management and organizational performance, influencing decisions while promoting our values and culture. English and Russian proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Comfortable advising and influencing leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in using HR analytics and metrics to deliver insights.
• Expertise across core HR disciplines: talent management, performance, employee and labour relations, HR operations.
• Eager to implement innovative ideas based on future HR trends.
• Good English and Russian language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Team and Division Managers, aligning HR practices with business objectives in a transport company.
• Partner with HR Competence Center to develop and implement HR processes including performance management, engagement, talent management and development.
• Foster a strong company culture that promotes core values across locations and geographies.
• Actively participate in change management initiatives related to restructuring and business transformation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights that support business decisions and enhance performance.
