Girteka Group in Poznań is seeking a Mid-Level HR Business Partner to support the HR function by guiding key processes and projects that align with business goals. You will collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR practices and use data insights to improve talent management and organizational performance.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to influence both employees and middle managers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a strategic HR role supporting business leaders.
• Able to advise and influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in using HR analytics to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Expertise across HR disciplines: talent, performance, employee relations, labour relations, HR operations.
• Eager to implement innovative ideas based on HR trends and best practices.
• Good English and Russian language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted advisor to Team and Division Managers, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
• Partnering with HR Competence Center to develop and implement HR processes including performance management, engagement, talent management, and development for administrative, transport, and maintenance staff.
• Fostering a strong company culture across multiple locations and geographies.
• Participating in change management relating to restructuring and transformation.
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that support business decisions.
