Job summary

V.Group is seeking an experienced HR generalist to plan, organise and implement HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including performance development, payroll, recruitment and visa administration.

You will partner with hiring managers, advise on policy and employment law, manage sickness absence and investigations, and support change, M&A due diligence and audits to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification and degree in HR or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy, Employment Law, M&A, and Employee Relations.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Provide HR guidance to managers to resolve employee relations issues.
• Support disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence processes.
• Lead change initiatives and M&A due diligence.
• Build strong relationships with line managers.
• Ensure HR work meets Group policies and legislation.
• Represent HR in audits and inspections.
