Job summary

Goldman Recruitment, a leading Polish consulting firm, is seeking a Payroll Specialist with German for our international client in Warsaw. You will coordinate payroll, prepare data for the external provider, and verify payslips and reports.

Requirements include 2+ years in payroll or HR operations, strong data accuracy, and fluency in English and German. We offer a hybrid model, a modern Warsaw office, a yearly bonus and a benefits package (Multisport, private health care, life insurance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating payroll process and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing data for the external payroll provider.
• Reviewing payroll results and related files (payslips, bank files, GL, reports).
• Coordinating payroll corrections (underpayments, overpayments, rejected payments).
• Monitoring process timelines, KPIs, SLAs and service quality.
• Cooperating with external providers and HR/Finance/Legal teams.
• Tracking legal changes and implementing them in payroll processes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and standardize payroll processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations or a similar role,
• good understanding of payroll processes and data verification,
• strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
• experience working with external payroll providers and multiple stakeholders,
• good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
• ability to identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution,
• good command of English and German, both written and spoken,
• knowledge of payroll-related legislation would be an advantage.
