Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z oo is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist with German to join our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. You will manage end-to-end payroll and time management for the German market, ensuring compliance and driving process improvements.

Fluency in German and English, plus experience with German payroll, wage tax and social security, are essential. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to projects and optimizations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience (4+ years) including German market.
• Fluent German and English (B2+).
• Completed higher education, preferably in HR.
• Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax and social security.
• Experience with SAP HR Payroll & SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and time management for the German market following regulations.
• Maintain payroll accounts and centralized tasks for timely payouts.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email using the case management system.
• Work on projects in a target-driven environment.
• Own at least one complex area of expertise.

For our client, one of the global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with German, who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and time management for the German market, providing subject-matter expertise, and driving process optimizations.

What will your tasks involve?

• Transactional processing and the professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management following internal and external compliance regulations,
• Maintaining payroll accounts and handling centralized tasks to ensure accurate and timely payroll payouts,
• Answering inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to very complex substance by phone and e-mail using our case management system,
• Working on projects in a target-driven environment,
• Acting as the owner of at least one complex area of expertise,
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and providing updates and training to team members.

What we expect from you?

• Experience in end-to-end payroll services (min. 4 years), including some experience working with the German market,
• Strong command of German and English (minimum B2 level),
• Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field,
• Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax and social security,
• Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation,
• Good knowledge using SAP HR Payroll & Success Factors,
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail,
• Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation,
• Preferably working experience with ServiceNow & MS Office.
