Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join its international team in Łódź. The role concentrates on payroll input management, gross salary calculations, validation and reporting to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance.

You will work with clients, vendors and HR, handling changes, bonuses, absences and off-cycle adjustments while maintaining records and supporting audits. Hybrid work with two Łódź office days and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in international or global payroll processing.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• German and English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Good understanding of gross payroll calculations, payroll validation and end-to-end payroll processes.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, including taxable and non-taxable earnings, statutory contributions, overtime and leave-related payments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
