Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist with German language expertise to manage end-to-end payroll and time management for the German market. You will apply German labor law knowledge, support process optimizations, and collaborate with stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication in German and English, and experience with SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors. Relocation assistance is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years end-to-end payroll, with German market experience.
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2).
• Higher education in HR or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax and social security.
• Empathy, teamwork, accountability and service orientation.
• Experience with SAP HR Payroll & SuccessFactors.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in Process Transition & Transformation preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow & MS Office preferred.

Job description

For our client, one of the global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with German, who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and time management for the German market, providing subject-matter expertise, and driving process optimizations.

What will your tasks involve?

• Transactional processing and the professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management following internal and external compliance regulations,
• Maintaining payroll accounts and handling centralized tasks to ensure accurate and timely payroll payouts,
• Answering inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to very complex substance by phone and e-mail using our case management system,
• Working on projects in a target-driven environment,
• Acting as the owner of at least one complex area of expertise,
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and providing updates and training to team members.

What we expect from you?

• Experience in end-to-end payroll services (min. 4 years), including some experience working with the German market,
• Strong command of German and English (minimum B2 level),
• Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field,
• Knowledge of German payroll, wage tax and social security,
• Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation,
• Good knowledge using SAP HR Payroll & Success Factors,
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail,
• Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation,
• Preferably working experience with ServiceNow & MS Office.
