Forge&Frost HR Consulting is looking for an HR Payroll Specialist for an international company in the electroplating and electronics sector.
Location: Poznań (hybrid work)
Salary: 8,700 PLN gross
Responsibilities:
- Payroll accounting services (time management, employee reporting and certification, company pension plans in Germany, and other insurances)
- Creation, maintenance, and modification of HR master data, from entry to exit
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Preparation of annual financial statements in close cooperation with the accounting and controlling departments
- Collaborate on payroll projects and ongoing optimization of HR processes
- Participation in external examinations, internal audits, and on the subject of SOX
- Supervision of external SAP consultants and coordination with the SAP Competence Center
Requirements and Skills:
- Relevant work experience in payroll accounting
- Up-to-date knowledge of taxes and social security in Germany, knowledge of labor law
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to use payroll software, preferably experience in working with SAP R/3 HR and knowledge of MS-Office package (especially Excel)
