Job description

Forge&Frost HR Consulting is looking for an HR Payroll Specialist for an international company in the electroplating and electronics sector.

Location: Poznań (hybrid work)

Salary: 8,700 PLN gross

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll accounting services (time management, employee reporting and certification, company pension plans in Germany, and other insurances)
  • Creation, maintenance, and modification of HR master data, from entry to exit
  • Preparation of statistics and reports
  • Preparation of annual financial statements in close cooperation with the accounting and controlling departments
  • Collaborate on payroll projects and ongoing optimization of HR processes
  • Participation in external examinations, internal audits, and on the subject of SOX
  • Supervision of external SAP consultants and coordination with the SAP Competence Center
Requirements and Skills:
  • Relevant work experience in payroll accounting
  • Up-to-date knowledge of taxes and social security in Germany, knowledge of labor law
  • High communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to use payroll software, preferably experience in working with SAP R/3 HR and knowledge of MS-Office package (especially Excel)
