Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Poland payroll operations and master data processes within the People & Culture team. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll, collaborate with local HR and external providers, maintain data integrity, and contribute to standardization across systems.

The role requires 2–4 years in in-house payroll, strong Excel skills and English at B2+, with a hybrid work arrangement in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in in-house payroll in manufacturing.
• Experience with employee master data and payroll processes.
• Understanding of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Experience with payroll vendors or external providers.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll operations for Poland (manufacturing).
• Prepare and validate payroll input data before execution.
• Cooperate with external payroll providers and local HR teams.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
• Generate payroll and HR reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain employee documentation and payroll administration.
• Gatekeeper of employee data quality across HR systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization.
