Job summary

Hager Polska is seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join the HR Shared Service Centre in Tychy and support payroll operations for selected countries, working closely with HR teams, managers, employees, Finance and external payroll providers.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end payroll processes and collaboration with global HR, Finance and payroll partners, helping you grow your payroll expertise in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Experience in an international company or Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage.
• Exposure to multi-country payroll processes will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify and process monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate payroll processing activities with external providers and resolve issues.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and managers to support payroll processes and improvements.
