Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Poland payroll operations and master data processes within the People & Culture team. As a Payroll, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, supporting payroll operations and employee master data processes for Poland.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining high-quality employee data within HR systems. You will work closely with local HR teams, payroll vendors, managers, and employees, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service level agreements.
You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across the employee lifecycle and supporting payroll-related activities through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll and HR administration. You enjoy working with data, processes, and stakeholders from different countries while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service. You have experience doing in house payroll for manufacturing and with payroll standardization and transition.
You are comfortable operating in a dynamic international environment and can balance local requirements with global standards.
