Qualifications

• Expertise in payroll processing in Poland and familiarity with European locations is a plus.
• Experience with in-house and outsourced payroll models a plus.
• Strong organization, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing and Verification: calculate and verify payroll for BBH employees in Poland and other locations; prepare draft reports for payroll inputs; ensure correct withholdings and deductions.
• Audit paychecks, benefits adjustments, special bonuses and commissions; balance payroll records and approve tax payments; support third-party vendor to ensure accuracy.
• Perform month-end reporting and year-end reconciliation; conduct analyses and prepare reports; ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
