Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist to manage payroll processing, retroactive payments, final pay calculations, disability and workers' compensation payments, garnishments, tax-related adjustments, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and related payroll tasks.

The role partners with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to ensure payroll practices comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. The position requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Administer garnishments and other payroll-related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and managers.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and records.
• Support payroll audits and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and vendors.
