Job summary

Energizer is seeking a Sr. Analyst Shared Services Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

The role focuses on data integrity, coordinating with regional teams and vendors, and delivering excellent service to colleagues in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and knowledge of international payroll practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical HR/payroll experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant HR/payroll experience or equivalent.
• Experience with non-US payroll required.
• Knowledge of data privacy and global payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional teams for payroll delivery.
• Provide backup US payroll support for ADP GlobalView when needed.
• Maintain HR data and ensure privacy compliance.
