Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist to handle a wide range of payroll activities, ensuring timely processing and accurate deductions.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to maintain compliant payroll processes in a large organization. The role requires handling retroactive payments, final pay calculations, and benefits-related inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer garnishments, disability payments, workers' comp, ACH adjustments, wire transfers, and other payments.
