Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is establishing a Poland Payroll Hub and seeks a Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other regions. You will work with Payroll, HR, Finance and external providers to deliver payroll services.
You will process inputs, validate changes, maintain records, perform reconciliations and contribute to transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance and data integrity across multiple countries.
As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our newly established Poland Payroll Hub. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, local country teams and external payroll providers, you will help deliver accurate and timely payroll services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other countries supported by the Hub. The monthly base salary range for this position is 7.600 PLN gross to 10.900 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
