Job summary

Qualifications

• Very good command of Slovak or Czech, both written and spoken.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Initial experience in payroll, HR administration, or tax-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Slovak payroll processing.
• Nice to have: experience working with payroll or billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll-related personnel administration.
• Clarify payroll, tax, and social security issues.
• Find solutions to enquiries about payroll accounting software.
• Support customers from Slovakia/Czech Republic.
• Parameterize complex payroll accounting cases.
• Support system setup for existing and potentially new customers.
• Support program users as a technical contact person.
• Support client-side employees with payroll-related issues.
• Actively participate in the further development and optimization of software and service processes.
