Job summary

Jobtailor in Katowice seeks a Payroll/HR administrator to handle payroll processing and HR duties for clients in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. You will address tax and social security issues, optimize software-related queries, and support system setup for new and existing customers with a strong customer‑focus mindset.

Qualifications

• Very good command of Slovak or Czech, both written and spoken.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Initial experience in payroll, HR administration, or tax-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills.
