A leading payroll solutions provider based in Kraków is seeking an experienced consultant to collaborate with clients on payroll solutions. The role involves validating and configuring payroll systems while ensuring compliance with Polish regulations. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have extensive knowledge of HR systems and SAP HCM. Fluency in English and Polish is essential. Job description

* Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup* Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations* Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks* Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.* Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations* In-depth knowledge of **Polish** payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations* Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset* Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information* Remote work* Private medical care* Possibility for development within a multinational organization* Attractive benefits packageAs pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
