Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking a Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients. You will process payroll with enova365, prepare statutory reports, and maintain HR records while supporting clients with payroll and HR queries.

You will contribute to new client implementations, drive process improvements, and mentor teammates, all within a flexible, remote-friendly environment that values professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Practical knowledge of enova365 payroll software.
• Strong understanding of Polish labour and payroll regulations.
• Good English communication skills (B1/B2).
• Customer-focused mindset with direct client interaction.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
• Prepare statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Partner with clients and support them with payroll and HR-related queries.
• Participate in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
• Act as a payroll expert, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
