Job summary

SD Worx in Katowice is seeking a payroll support specialist to handle payroll-related personnel administration, tax clarifications and customer inquiries.

You will work with customers and colleagues across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including supporting the setup of payroll systems and the ongoing use of our software. Strong English and Slovak/Czech skills are essential, along with solid Office capabilities.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in payroll, HR administration, or tax-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good command of Slovak or Czech, both written and spoken.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Processing of payroll-related personnel administration
• Clarification of payroll, tax and social security issues
• Finding solutions to enquiries about our payroll accounting software
• Supporting customers from Slovakia/Czech Republic
• Parameterization of complex payroll accounting cases
• Supporting system setup for existing and potentially new customers
• Support of our program users as a technical contact person
• Support of employees on the client side in payroll-related issues
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of our software and service processes
