Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking a payroll accountant with Austrian payroll experience. You will handle payroll accounting from A to Z for Austrian clients, work with various collective agreements, and ensure compliance with labor, social and tax rules.

German language skills and MS Office proficiency are required; knowledge of SAGE DPW is a plus. You will contribute to customer projects, support payroll transfers, and mentor junior colleagues as part of a dynamic, flexible team with development and

• Payroll accounting from A to Z for Austrian clients across different collective agreements.

• Handle personnel administration; prepare evaluations and statistics.
• Work on customer projects and support payroll transfer processes.
• Share knowledge with younger colleagues during training.

What do you have to offer?

All round passion in Austrian payroll and a strong drive to to support customers in different areas of business. But also:

• As an ideal candidate, you already have several years of experience in Austrian payroll accounting and convince us with your expertise and structured way of working.
• We assume that you have successfully completed training in payroll accounting and have sufficiently good MS Office skills.
• A high level of service orientation and initiative are not foreign to you and flexibility and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
