Job summary

Nexi Group in Krakow is seeking a proactive Contact Centre Advisor to join our growing international payments team. You will handle customer and partner inquiries by phone and email, focusing on cards and related services, while upholding service standards.

Fluency in German and English is required, plus strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, global environment, supported by training and modern tech equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Proactivity and the ability to organize your work environment.
• Command of German and English language.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and banks via phone and email.
• Work on topics such as cards and card-related services, e.g.: card blocking, contacting customers to block/unblock cards in case of fraud, transaction information, card statements.
• Support the team with back-office tasks, such as processing data.
• Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
