Job summary

Nexi Germany GmbH is seeking a Junior Card Dispute Specialist with German in Krakow to join a collaborative team focused on secure, efficient resolution of cardholder disputes across Germany.

You will handle dispute cases, help customers minimize losses from card fraud, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while collaborating with Fraud and Legal teams and external partners. Strong English/German language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective management of card dispute case handling and routine production tasks, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs and OLAs, utilizing IT tools.
• Support customers in minimizing losses in connection to third party fraud with payment cards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal parties including Customer Service, Fraud and Legal departments and external vendor partners.
• Handle errors, perform corrections, and investigate root causes.
• Handle customer communications via email and/or phone according to KPIs and SLAs.
• Report incidents and maintain compliance in all actions.
