VELUX is offering a HR BP Assistant internship in Warsaw. You will support Group Functions HR Business Partners with day-to-day tasks in Workday, plan People Review meetings, and analyze data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Functions HR Business Partners with day-to-day operational tasks in Workday.
• Plan and structure People Review meetings.
• Analyze data from People Review and engagement surveys.
• Prepare presentations and monthly dashboards.
• Handle a variety of ad hoc tasks as they arise.
