Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle. You will provide first-line support to employees and managers, helping with onboarding, data management, and offboarding while ensuring accurate administration and timely resolution.

You will work in a hybrid setup (Łódź, with 2 days in office and 3 days remote) and gain exposure to diverse HR activities within a global network.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR Shared Services or a similar HR Ops and Admin support role.
• Experience providing first-line support for HR processes or administering at least one HR operational process.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support to employees and managers through HR service channels, responding to queries related to HR processes, policies, systems and employee lifecycle activities.
• Supporting onboarding, employee data management, job changes, leaves of absence, benefits administration or offboarding.
• Processing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining employee records in HR systems with accuracy.
• Managing and updating tickets, requests and cases within HR case management platforms, ensuring SLAs.
• Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, letters, templates and process records.
• Escalating complex or non-standard cases to senior team members with timely follow-up.
• Collaborating with HR teams, stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective service delivery.
