Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable activities and document processing.
• Assist with vendor data maintenance and supplier verification.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and route requests to team members.
• Prepare data for reports, dashboards and KPI overviews.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, agendas and internal trackers.
