Job summary

Inteva Products in Opole, Poland, is seeking a Packaging Management Specialist (Supply Chain) to oversee the flow of returnable packaging between customers, suppliers and warehouses. You will monitor packaging inventory, plan availability, coordinate transportation for empty packaging, and analyze turnover, utilization and losses, driving corrective actions and improvements.

Strong Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP), and 3+ years in logistics are required, with English, Polish or German language

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics field.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage flow of returnable packaging between customers, suppliers, and warehouses.
Monitor packaging inventory levels and plan availability.
Coordinate transportation related to movement of empty packaging.
Analyze packaging turnover, utilization and losses; initiate corrective actions.
Prepare reports, analyses and KPI metrics related to packaging management.
Support implementation of new packaging projects and production launches.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and sustainability.
