TE Connectivity Corporation in Szczecin seeks a Vendor Planning Leader to head the material planning team and ensure continuous supply for production operations. The role is based at our plant in Szczecin with relocation support available.

The position requires 3–5 years of experience in material planning or purchasing, strong SAP ERP/MRP knowledge, and English and Polish at least at B2 level. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize inventory, lead times, and OTIF.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in material planning and/or operational purchasing.
• Manufacturing environment experience; automotive/industrial sector preferred.
• Previous team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (MRP, purchasing, material master data).
• Advanced analytical skills including Excel and reporting tools.
• English and Polish proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the material planning team and ensure on-time production supply.
• Manage material planning and operational purchasing activities and supplier relations.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTD, OTIF, and inventory levels; prepare analyses for decisions.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, Customer Service and others; escalate risks.
• Initiate and participate in process improvements and inventory optimization projects.
