TE Connectivity in Szczecin, Poland is seeking a Vendor Planning Leader to lead a team of material planners and ensure uninterrupted supply for production. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to the area.

The role relies on SAP ERP/MRP, purchasing, and KPI management (OTD, OTIF, inventory) with strong cross-functional collaboration across Production Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service. Process improvements and inventory optimization are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of material planning and/or operational purchasing experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive or industrial sector preferred.
• Previous team management experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support the daily activities of the material planning team.
• Analyze material requirements against production and sales plans; place and monitor POs.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTD, OTIF, and inventory levels; prepare analyses and reports.
