Job summary

Inteva Products is seeking a logistics professional to manage the flow of returnable packaging, coordinate transportation, and monitor packaging inventories across customers, suppliers and warehouses.

You will analyze packaging turnover and losses, prepare KPI reports, and support packaging-related projects and production launches while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the logistics field.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, Polish or German (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Willingness to take initiative and lead in quick-response situations.
• Ability to implement and develop optimization initiatives.
• BS/BA in Technical or Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of returnable packaging between customers, suppliers and warehouses.
• Monitor packaging inventory levels and plan packaging availability.
• Coordinate transportation related to empty packaging movement.
• Analyze packaging turnover, utilization and losses; initiate corrective actions.
• Communicate packaging requirements with customers and suppliers.
• Create and update packing instructions and logistics standards.
• Supervise packaging records in ERP systems, databases and customer portals.
• Prepare reports, analyses and KPI metrics related to packaging management.
• Participate in logistics audits and optimization projects.
• Support implementation of new packaging projects and production launches.
• Ensure processes comply with customer requirements, quality standards and sustainability principles.
• Cooperate with Production, Purchasing, Quality and Planning departments.
