Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of production planning experience.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience is required.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling knowledge.
- English and Polish at least B2.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Production Planning team.
- Develop team capabilities and accountability for results.
- Ensure effective workload distribution and prioritization.
- Plan and release production orders.
- Monitor production plan execution and adjustments when needed.
- Analyze demand versus production capacity.
- Manage production loading, cycle times, and bottlenecks.
- Monitor KPIs (OTD, Plan Adherence, Capacity Utilization).
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare analyses to support operational decision-making.
- Work with Material Planning, Production, and Quality teams; collaborate with Customer Service.
- Escalate operational risks impacting the supply chain.
- Support operational purchasing based on the production plan.
- Ensure material availability aligns with production needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in Planning processes.
