The candidate will validate molding processes, prepare English validation documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in Polish and English is required, along with a university degree and hands-on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with the injection molding process.
• Experience in injection molding process validation.
• Ability to create validation documentation in English.
• Very good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Initiate and implement modern technological solutions per industry best practices.
• Collect, monitor, and report KPIs related to production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve optimal results.
• Identify and resolve technological issues, supporting teams in implementing corrective and optimization actions.
• Participate in development and innovation projects related to engineering and manufacturing.
• Evaluate production process constraints and lead initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
• Analyze root causes of failures and support teams in corrective actions.
• Create and update technical documentation and report outcomes and analysis results.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on machine operation and new technologies.
