Job summary

Inteva Products - Opole Operations is seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate the development of assembled automotive components from prototype to mass production.

You will evaluate internal specifications, monitor progress, manage changes, and collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Production and Product Development Center. Fluency in English (B2) is required; German is a plus. A valid B license and travel to nearby Czech/German sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and/or component development.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (required); German is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the group.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to quality and timeliness.
• Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/Germany.

Job description

• Evaluating internal project specifications
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, including risk management and project changes
• Managing project requirements and changes
• Analyzing results with the project team
• Developing action plans and project schedules, including resource allocation plans
• Organizing meetings and training sessions for the project team
• Preparing project reports and documents, as well as presentations for both internal and external use (reporting project status to Headquarters)

Our requirements

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required). Knowledge of German is a plus.
