Inteva Products, LLC in Poland seeks a seasoned engineer to lead development projects from prototype to mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Production and Product Development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specs.

English at B2 is required; German is a plus. Occasional travel to the Czech Republic or Germany may be needed. A technical engineering degree and project management experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineer/Master degree in engineering, technical.
• Experience in project management and/or component development.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments within the group (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Production, Product Development Center).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to quality and timeliness.
• Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/German.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating projects related to the development of assembled products and components (from the prototype phase to mass production).
• Evaluating internal project specifications.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, including risk management and project changes.
• Managing project requirements and changes.
• Analyzing results with the project team.
• Developing action plans and project schedules, including resource allocation plans.
• Organizing meetings and training sessions for the project team.
• Preparing project reports and documents, as well as presentations for both internal and external use (reporting project status to Headquarters).
